Important, match the voltage to your device

• The output voltage is fixed by the cable you choose. Applying more voltage than your device is rated for can permanently damage it, so check the voltage printed on your device or its original adapter and pick the matching option.
• Match the barrel size too. Unsure? Measure the outer and inner diameter of your old plug, or send us a photo and we will identify both the voltage and the tip.
• Boosted voltages draw more current from the USB source as the voltage rises, so use a charger or power bank that can supply enough current for your device.
• A few devices are center-negative, so check the polarity symbol if yours is sensitive.

Can I use this with a power bank instead of a wall charger?
Yes, any USB power source works, including power banks. For the boosted voltage options (8.6V to 12.6V), make sure the power bank can supply enough current at that voltage for your device.

What if my device is center-negative instead of center-positive?
This set is standard center-positive polarity, the most common configuration. Check the polarity symbol on your device before connecting if you're not sure, since center-negative devices need the opposite polarity.

Is this USB to 9V DC cable compatible with my camera?
Yes, the USB to 9V DC cable is fully compatible with any camera or device that operates on 9V DC, including the Tapo C210 and other similar models. To ensure everything runs smoothly and without unexpected restarts (especially when the camera pans, tilts, or activates night vision), just keep these two quick tips in mind: Use a good power source by plugging the USB end into a power adapter or power bank that outputs at least 5V / 2A. Avoid low-power ports such as standard 5V / 0.5A or 1A ports (like basic PC USB ports) as they won't supply enough power for your camera during motor movements and power-hungry operations.
