All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Please be advised that during periods of high demand or observed holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates 📦

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Delivery: Estimated 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
• Express Delivery: Available for urgent requirements via prioritized EasyParcel partners.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking 🔋

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You may monitor your delivery status via the EasyParcel tracking portal or the respective courier's website.

In accordance with local courier policies, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or restricted zones, including but not limited to:

• Jurong Island
• Military camps and bases
• Airport terminals
• Offshore islands
